The students’ council (Heimrat) is a group of students from the respective residences. You can get in touch with those students if you are interested in the opening hours of the communal party room of your residence, events like table soccer tournaments, LAN-parties, movie nights or parties in general. You can find a list of all members of the students’ council in the entrance area of your residence.
The respective students’ councils meet on a regular basis to make plans and discuss problems in the residence. As a tenant you can take part in the meetings and share your own concerns. The students’ council also organises different kinds of parties, group activities, learning afternoons, bar evenings and so on. More over and most importantly the students’ council is your communication partner. They can talk to the Studierendenwerk in your stead if you have concerns, questions or ideas.
