Damage or defects in your room/apartment, your shared flat, a communal facility or the outside area will of course be rectified as quickly as possible. If you would like to report damage in one of these areas, you can let us know directly using the online form below.
In order to ensure rapid processing, please fill in as many fields as possible and describe the problem in detail. You also have the option of sending us photos.

We or one of our selected specialist companies may have to enter your room / apartment to rectify the damage or defect. Please let us know here whether we are allowed to enter your premises during your absence.
Damage is usually repaired by our technical staff from Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm and Friday from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm.
